Summary

Saddi & Happi is a simple cube-rolling puzzle game.

My roles in this project

Designer - Plot, game mechanics and levels.

​

Programmer - Attached scripts to game objects.

​

Artist - Used Adobe Photoshop CC to create simple textures to differentiate different blocks.

​

Plot of the Game

Saddi and Happi are two of the rare cubes that have emotions.

Saddi faces sadness, Happi faces happiness.

Saddi's pessimistic mindset is breaking him down fast, only his friend Happi can save him.

Help Saddi get to Happi by helping him overcome obstacles!

Game Mechanics

Dynamic Blocks - Dynamic blocks will appear or disappear after triggering a switch. The layout of the level will be determined by the dynamic blocks.

​

Infinite Rolling - Saddi will continue rolling unless he bumps into something. Carefully plan your routes.
